- Lead & inspire the FOH crew-servers, hosts, bartenders.
- Deliver outstanding guest service from greeting through farewell.
- Open/close operations, including sidework, cash handling, and shift reporting.
- Manage guest flow efficiently-handle reservations, seating, and waitlists.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain FOH cleanliness-dining area, restrooms, POS and bar.
- Support BOH staff with food coordination and quality checks.
- Coach & train staff on procedures, menu knowledge, and hospitality best practices.
- Assist in inventory and ordering for FOH supplies.
