Retail Store Hardware Support & NSO Engineer

The Retail Store Hardware Support & NSO Engineer is responsible for providing L2/L3 support for retail POS systems and store hardware across multiple store locations. The role involves executing end-to-end New Store Openings (NSO), including hardware provisioning, staging, installation, and go-live support. The engineer will troubleshoot POS devices, peripherals, and store network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations. Additionally, the role includes payment device setup and ensuring PCI compliance across all store systems. Strong coordination with vendors, store teams, and IT stakeholders is required to maintain operational excellence and SLA adherence.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Retail POS support (Aptos preferred), Store Hardware & Peripherals troubleshooting, NSO/Store rollout experience, Store Networking basics, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)

Minimum Years of Experience Needed in Required Skills:

  • 4-8 years in relevant POS, hardware support, and NSO execution
