POS Service Technician Location: Pottsville PA

Position Summary As a POS Service Technician, you will Install POS systems, maintain and service electronic bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.

• Install, train and support POS Systems.

• Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.

• Customer service.

• Assisting in tech sales as needed.

Requirements, Experience and Education

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.

• Basic electronics, audio visual and PC knowledge.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.

• Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.

• A company vehicle is provided. A good driving record must be maintained.

• Be safety oriented.
