Job description

Job Title: Test Lead – Retail POS (Eyewear Domain)

Location: Mason OH (Onsite role from day one, Remote not allowed)

Duration: 6+ Months


Key Skills: Retail Domain | POS Testing | Eyewear Retail | Vendor Management | UAT | Stakeholder Communication

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Onsite Test Lead with strong expertise in Retail POS systems, including exposure to Eyewear/Optical retail workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing for POS implementations in retail environments

• Act as SPOC onsite, working closely with client stakeholders

• Coordinate with multiple POS vendors and partner teams

• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT support

• Collaborate with onsite & offshore teams to ensure quality delivery

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in QA with Retail POS testing experience

• Hands-on experience in Eyewear/Optical POS systems

• Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working onsite with client-facing responsibilities

Strong knowledge of:

o Test lifecycle management

o Defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HPQC, Azure DevOps)

o Test management tools
