Job description

Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Xstore POS functional implementations and support.
Gather requirements and conduct client workshops and OOB demonstrations.
Analyze current/future-state retail POS processes and perform gap analysis.
Provide expertise in sales, returns, payments, promotions, till operations, and omnichannel processes.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and solutions.
Support configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Collaborate with business, technical, and Oracle Retail teams.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on Oracle Retail Xstore POS experience is mandatory.
Proven experience with Xstore implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.
Strong retail store and POS process knowledge.
Experience with client-facing workshops, requirements gathering, and Xstore OOB demonstrations.
Ability to distinguish OOB functionality, configuration, integrations, and customization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
