Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Executive role at Global Payments focuses on selling the Genius POS and payment technology platform to small and mid-sized merchantsto modernizetheir operations by implementing theGenius POSand payment technology platform. Your role is toownthe full sales cycle from prospecting tonegotiationand closingwhile receiving sales leadership support.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$152K+Residual income + monthly and quarterly bonuses Full medical, dental, vision, PTO, and401kbenefits(Annual Base Pay Salary 40K)Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build. Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives for surpassing quota and achieving stretch goals. Your total compensation depends on your performance, skills, and territory-your success is in your hands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:B2Bsales experience (fintech, SaaS, or merchant services preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Motivated, competitive, and comfortable spending 75%+ time in the field.
