We're seeking a motivated and dynamic leader to join our team in a key role that bridges project management and field operations. As the primary connection between the project management team and job site crews, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and exceptional quality on every project. This position is perfect for a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, a passion for leadership, and a drive to exceed client expectations by delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding schedules, progress updates, and adjustments.
  • Maintain and adjust foreman schedules daily, ensuring tasks stay on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project budgets closely, identifying cost-saving opportunities and maintaining profitability.
  • Oversee site layout using construction plans and ensure updated documents are always on-site.
  • Build mutual respect within the team, foster leadership at the foreman level, and provide training on tools like Buildertrend and Clock Shark.
  • Maintain a near-zero punch list by proactively identifying and addressing issues.
  • Supervise truck and equipment maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Actively participate in management meetings to share insights and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a field supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend experience preferred, training available).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A team player who aligns with our core values: teamwork, transparency, communication, integrity, and trust.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and maintain project timelines.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
