About The Role

This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of pool tables, as well as the safe and timely delivery of pool tables to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you will be doing each day:

  • Assemble and install pool tables according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper leveling and alignment of pool tables for optimal gameplay experience.
  • Install accessories such as cue racks, ball sets, and felt covers as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on pool tables to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool tables, such as damaged felt, loose pockets, or faulty mechanisms.
  • Repair or replace damaged components using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Safely load pool tables onto delivery vehicles using proper lifting and securing techniques.
  • Navigate delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
  • Unload and set up pool tables at customer sites, following delivery instructions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide basic instructions to customers on the proper care and maintenance of their new pool table.
  • Communicate professionally with customers to address any questions or concerns they may have before, during, or after delivery and installation.
  • Provide courteous and attentive service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a clean and organized appearance while on duty.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Prior experience in furniture or equipment installation, preferably with pool tables or similar items.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 200 pounds) with assistance.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Bilingual preferred
