Position Overview

No prior pool experience? No problem. We will train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly commercial pool cleaning and maintenance
  • Test and properly balance pool water chemistry
  • Inspect and maintain pool equipment
  • Identify and report equipment issues
  • Manage truck inventory and supplies
  • Maintain accurate service records using the Zuper mobile platform
  • Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:

Required

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Comfortable handling pool chemicals

Preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification
  • Customer service experience
