Key Responsibilities

  • Drive to assigned client locations on a daily route.
  • Test water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) and add balance chemicals safely.
  • Perform routine pool cleaning: netting, vacuuming, brushing, and emptying pump/skimmer baskets.
  • Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and report maintenance needs or leaks.
  • Maintain clear digital records of completed route stops and services using our technician portal.
  • Provide professional and friendly communication with customers as needed.

  • Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs (chemical buckets, equipment) and perform active physical labor throughout the day.

Why Join M.A.D. Pools?

  • Opportunity to Grow: We help you build and scale your own personal route as you learn the business.
  • Independent Work Environment: Manage your daily stops without someone hovering over your shoulder.
  • Hands-on Training: Complete training provided on water chemistry, equipment troubleshooting, and trade techniques.
