Above Ground Pool Installer - Cincinnati, OH

We are looking for Above Ground Pool Installers to join our growing team and help us maintain our status as the #1 retailer in the pool and spa industry. Associates will be the driving force of customer satisfaction, installing Above Ground Pools.

We are currently hiring for:

  • Full Time – some evenings, weekends, and holidays are required

This position reports directly to:

  • Customer Service Manager

This position requires:

  • Must have previous experience in the Pool Installation business.
  • Must have 1 million dollar Liability Insurance Policy and use own installation equipment, i.e. Transit or Laser Level, Skid Steer Track Loader etc.
  • Must have office and working telephone number to accept customer calls.
  • Must be willing to meet weekly quotas for number of completed installations, and have a team ready to start immediately.
  • Excellent package offered with bonus incentives
