If so, Pronto Pools is looking for a Pool Installation Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and passionate about construction and outdoor living projects. As a Pool Installation Specialist, you will play a key role in the installation and construction of residential swimming pools and related outdoor features, helping transform backyards into beautiful, functional spaces.

The Pool Installation Specialist is responsible for assisting with all phases of pool construction, including site preparation, excavation support, plumbing and equipment installation, structural assembly, finishing work, and project cleanup. You will work closely with project managers and installation crews to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will represent Pronto Pools on job sites and contribute directly to delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the construction process.

Compensation

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with residential pool installation and construction projects
