Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional residential pool maintenance and service while delivering a professional customer experience. This role involves routine pool cleaning, water chemistry management, equipment inspections, and identifying repair opportunities to help keep our clients' pools operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly maintenance and cleaning of residential swimming pools.
  • Test, analyze, and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe and proper water quality.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related components.
  • Identify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations professionally to clients and management.
  • Maintain accurate service records and document work completed, water test results, and equipment observations.
  • Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.
  • Assist with minor repairs and equipment maintenance as needed.
