Job description

Join our dynamic team at Pool & Spa Depot as a Pool & Spa Service Technician! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll ensure pools and spas are operating safely and efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with mechanical, maintenance, or installation backgrounds (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general construction, appliance repair, etc.) looking to grow in a specialized field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while performing pool and spa maintenance and repair
  • Conduct on-site inspections, assess water quality, and perform necessary maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, balancing chemicals, and troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Test installed equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order
  • Install new pool equipment and assist with pool openings and closings
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance to customers on equipment use and pool care
