Job description

Swimming Pool Maintenance & Service Technician

Professional Pools & Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking Swimming Pool Maintenance & Service Technician to join our growing team.

Starting pay: $18.00/hour, with higher starting pay considered based on relevant experience. Pool experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow in the swimming pool industry.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain an assigned route of approximately 50–60 pools per week
  • Test, balance, and maintain proper water chemistry
  • Inspect pool equipment and identify needed repairs
  • Perform minor equipment repairs and basic plumbing
  • Install and replace pool equipment
  • Assist with liner and safety cover installations
  • Perform seasonal pool openings and closings
  • Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, stocked, and ready for each workday
  • Document service performed, pool conditions, and recommended repairs
  • Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers professionally
  • Follow company procedures and safety requirements
