·         Apply best practices in addressing the needs of guests and team members, ensuring a safe and pleasant poolside experience.

·         Building and maintaining guest profiles to anticipate future needs and deliver superior service

·         Maintain the highest standard of professionalism in all aspects of job performance, consistently delivering excellence.

·         Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring seating areas and lounge chairs are perfectly prepared for their comfort.

·         Participate in pool events and activities, providing assistance to guests as needed.

·         Offer knowledgeable recommendations and guidance to enhance the guest experience, always aiming to exceed expectations.

·         Be a quick learner with keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

·         Perform all tasks while prioritizing guest comfort, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with care.

·         Promptly report any damages, incidents, or concerns to the leadership team for timely resolution.

·         Manage cash drawer responsibilities, ensuring accurate balancing at the close of each shift.

·         Carry out opening and closing procedures, including completing all relevant checklists.

·         Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, working effectively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals.

·         Clear used linens, trash, and serviceware from the pool deck, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

·         Set up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture to meet guests' needs and expectations.

·         Assist guests in the proper use of all pool facilities, offering support as needed.

·         Attend all scheduled team meetings, contributing to the ongoing improvement of service and operations.

·         Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service, ensuring each guest receives personalized attention that addresses their unique needs.

·         Monitor and maintain stock of guest amenities, pool supplies, and linen, ensuring availability at all times.

·         Adhere to all AAA policies and standards

·         Adheres to all grooming standards as outlined by leadership.

·         Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

  • 1+ years’ experience in guest facing role
  • Must be willing and able to work in different climates safely.

·         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

·         Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

·         CPR certification preferred

·         Must maintain active food handlers’ card

·         Must have flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
