Job Summary


Fitness Desk Attendant | Evenings & Weekends

Outdoor Concierge | Mornings, Evenings & Weekends


The Fitness Desk Attendant will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members and guests, while maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the fitness center.

During the months of May-September, the Fitness Desk Attendant will share responsibilities with Outdoor Concierge. The Outdoor Concierge will check in members and guests going to the outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The two jobs are similar and therefore, employees will be scheduled for both positions at various days and times.


Students - We offer flexible schedules during the school year!


Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting members and guests
  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering their questions
  • Checking members into the system
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments and making reservations
  • Using the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Maintaining beverage station and towel station
  • Maintaining laundry
  • Assisting in cleaning the fitness center, locker rooms, and equipment
