Front Desk / Concierge – Flexible Temporary Roles

Seeking Reliable Candidates for Concierge/Front Desk Positions – Ideal for Side Income!

DBS is looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals for temporary Front Desk and Concierge roles, primarily at condominium properties. This is a great opportunity to earn side money!

About the Role:

  • Position: Temporary Front Desk / Concierge

  • Location: Various properties, predominantly condominiums.

  • Compensation: $15 per hour

  • Schedule: Primarily evening/night shifts, with occasional day shifts. These are temporary assignments and can range from a single day to a few days, up to a week. A high degree of flexibility is crucial, as calls can be last-minute (e.g., for call-outs).

Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting Residents & Visitors: Welcome everyone professionally and politely.

  2. Package Management: Organize incoming resident packages and require signatures from residents upon pickup.

  3. Answering Phone Calls: Direct callers trying to reach residents, and log detailed messages for the condominium office or next shift.

  4. Security Monitoring: Periodically watch security camera screens and report suspicious activity or emergencies immediately.

  5. Carts: Help keep the lobby organized by returning carts to their designated storage areas after use.

  6. Notes for Next Shift: Clear and detailed logging of important information, resident concerns, deliveries, or messages in the designated notepad.

  7. Emergency Responders: Grant immediate building access to police, fire, EMS, or other emergency personnel without delay, if there are any.
