Rise25 is looking for a Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented Virtual Assistant to support two busy cofounders and the rest of the team.ย 

Job Description:ย 

This Virtual Assistant role is critical in helping Rise25 create successful and ROI-driven podcasts for our B2B clients.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Answer and filter emails from clients, referral partners, podcast guests and prospects, support the Rise25 team, and pay close attention to all details.ย 
  • Manage incoming support tickets from clients and send email updates.ย 
  • Coordinate appointments with our clients and prospects via Google Calendar.ย 
  • Organize documents in Google Drive and create Google spreadsheets.ย 
  • Attend regular check-ins and meetings with the team.
  • Manage our Gifting program to send gifts to clients, referral partners and team members
  • Assist the episode production team when needed.ย 

This position is location-independent and self-paced. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can devote at least 20-40 or more hours per week.

You must be good at self-direction and taking initiative. In addition, it is important to us that all of our team members are detail-oriented and meticulous; therefore, in the application form below, when it asks for your โ€œfavorite vegetable?โ€ please fill in the word โ€œeggplant.โ€

  • Tasks may include research and booking of personal activities (ie researching and booking after school activities for executivesโ€™ family/children)
  • must know how to do password sharing using password sharing software tools
