About the role
As a full-time Podcast Producer, you will lead the end-to-end production of Do Business. Do Life., a flagship podcast focused on business growth, leadership, and living with purpose.
This role owns the complete podcast production lifecycle; from content planning and guest coordination through recording, editing, publishing, and audience optimization. The ideal candidate is equal parts producer, operator, and creative partner: someone who can build repeatable systems, maintain premium production standards, and consistently deliver a high-quality podcast experience aligned with the Triad brand.
This role is podcast-specific and serves as the operational owner of the podcast ecosystem, ensuring episodes are strategically aligned, professionally executed, and consistently delivered.
What you'll do
Podcast Strategy & Editorial Planning
  • Partner with leadership, hosts, and the branding team to develop podcast themes, guest targets, and content direction
  • Help shape episode concepts, recurring segments, and long-term content roadmap
  • Recommend ideas to improve audience engagement, reach, and overall podcast quality
  • Research guests and topics to support thoughtful, high-value conversations

Pre-Production & Guest Coordination
  • Manage the full podcast production calendar and weekly workflow
  • Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, confirmations, preparation, and follow-up communication
  • Prepare host briefing materials including key questions, talking points, and episode outlines
  • Ensure all participants are prepared and aligned prior to recording sessions

Recording & Session Management
  • Lead podcast recording sessions (remote and/or in-person)
  • Manage all technical setup, audio checks, recording backups, and troubleshooting
  • Direct sessions as needed to maintain pacing, flow, timing, and guest experience
  • Ensure all recordings meet premium production standards

Post-Production
  • Edit and produce episodes to a polished, professional standard (or manage external editing support)
  • Perform audio cleanup, leveling, mixing, compression, and mastering
  • Incorporate intros, outros, music, advertisements, and branded elements
  • Deliver final exports optimized for podcast and video podcast platforms

Publishing & Distribution
  • Publish and distribute episodes across podcast hosting and streaming platforms
  • Write episode titles, descriptions, show notes, timestamps, and metadata aligned with brand voice
  • Ensure accuracy across all published assets, links, guest information, and disclaimers
  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and release schedule

Content Repurposing & Promotional Support
  • Identify key moments and highlight clips from episodes for promotional use
  • Create or coordinate podcast-specific short-form content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and YouTube
  • Coordinate captions, transcripts, and content handoffs to the marketing team
  • Support podcast audience growth through strong content packaging and distribution support

Live & On-Site Podcast Production
  • Identify opportunities for live podcast recordings and interviews during Triad Experiences and events
  • Coordinate guest logistics and production planning for on-site podcast captures
  • Record and produce high-quality podcast and testimonial-style content in live environments
  • Ensure on-site recordings align with brand standards and overall podcast strategy

Systems & Operations
  • Build and maintain scalable podcast production workflows, SOPs, and templates
  • Maintain organized file management systems, naming conventions, and asset archives
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and production workflows operate efficiently
  • Continuously improve production systems and operational consistency

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of podcast production experience (in-house, agency, or independent)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple episodes and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
  • Advanced proficiency in podcast/audio editing tools (Descript, Adobe Audition, Logic, Pro Tools, etc.)
  • Experience with remote recording platforms (Riverside, SquadCast, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of audio production best practices and broadcast standards
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to travel based on recording schedule and live event support

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience producing video podcasts and YouTube podcast content
  • Experience creating podcast promotional clips and short-form content
  • Familiarity with podcast analytics and audience growth strategies
  • Experience supporting executive, founder, or personality-driven content
