Job description

About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Podcast Producer to own our podcast output end to end. This isn't just a coordinator role. You'll drive the editorial calendar, manage guest relationships, handle production from recording to publish, and work closely with our video, design, and marketing teams to extend the reach of every episode.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the full production lifecycle: booking, prep, recording, editing, mixing, and publish

  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar that aligns with company milestones and industry moments

  • Book and prep guests: primarily technical and executive-level voices in AI, infrastructure, and enterprise tech

  • Write show notes, chapter markers, and episode summaries that don't sound like ChatGPT wrote them

  • Collaborate with our video team on multi-format repurposing (clips, reels, highlight edits)

  • Manage RSS distribution, platform publishing, and analytics reporting

  • Establish and document production workflows and quality standards as the department scales

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 4+ years of podcast production experience, with at least some of that in B2B, tech, or media

  • Strong audio chops: you know your way around Descript, Adobe Audition, or equivalent

  • Hands-on experience with Riverside.fm, including remote guest management and session troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with Transistor.fm for RSS management, episode publishing, and analytics

  • Comfortable with remote and in-person recording setups; you can troubleshoot a bad room or a bad mic without making it a crisis

  • Sharp editorial instincts: you can identify the moment in a 45-minute interview and build around it

  • Experience managing guest pipelines and outreach

  • Ability to work across teams and manage up when needed

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with video-first podcast formats

  • Familiarity with AI/ML or GPU infrastructure topics

  • Background in content strategy or editorial planning beyond pure production

What We Offer

  • Stock Options

  • 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for Employees

  • Company Health Savings Account Contributions

  • 100% paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance for Employees

  • Life and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Options

  • Other Insurance Options, such as Pet & Legal Insurance

  • Various Supplementary Health Benefits, such as discounted Virtual Healthcare Appointments and Serious Illness Support

  • Flexible Spending Account

  • 401(k)

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • Flexible PTO

  • Paid Holidays

  • Parental Leave

  • Other In-Office Perks
