About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Podcast Producer & Content Specialist who is passionate about storytelling and technical execution. You will own the Dirt Talk Podcast production process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality audio and video are captured and archived safely, and the show is best promoted across our social media network. This role blends creative ownership with reliable production and media management workflows.
What You'll Do
Production & Guest Experience
  • Own the podcast process from start to finish to ensure high-quality video and audio capture.
  • Set up and maintain equipment for both in-studio and travel podcasts as needed.
  • Help wow guests with a smooth, easy, professional, and friendly experience.
  • Manage timelines and schedules for guests and internal leads.

Post-Production & Content
  • Edit podcasts and schedule posts for consistent weekly delivery.
  • Partner with our platform specialist to create high-energy social sizzle edits for each
  • Deliver at least 5 clips per episode to the brand and platform strategists.
  • Manage podcast freelance help as necessary.

Media Operations & Workflow
  • Ensure all media and audio are archived correctly and safely.
  • Assist with vlog archives and drive preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members for quarterly server maintenance.
  • Assist with other social edits and support other Brand Team members as needed.
What You Bring
Required
  • Strong passion for podcasting, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven experience producing and growing a podcast in a professional environment.
  • Ability to organize gear and hit deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and adaptability.

Nice to Have
  • Remote / traveling podcast experience.
  • Camera proficiency / Shooting live events.

Travel & Location Details
  • Is there travel? Some occasional travel for remote podcasting may be required.
  • Is this role required to be local to Nashville? Yes. Ability to be physically present at the Nashville office in Germantown three days per week is required.
