Job description

Podcast Studio Manager โ€” Louisville Podcast Studio

Location: Louisville, KY (On-site)
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Top performers easily double or triple base pay)
Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Louisville Podcast Studio is hiring a Podcast Studio Manager whoโ€™s ready to take full ownership of our studios โ€” from client relationships and podcast production to video editing and creative direction.

This is not a passive โ€œstudio desk job.โ€ Itโ€™s a leadership position for someone who loves media, thrives under pressure, and wants the freedom to grow something massive. Youโ€™ll be managing sessions, running shows, overseeing editing, handling bookings, and driving the business forward every single day.

Youโ€™re not just pressing record โ€” youโ€™re producing shows that look, sound, and perform like they belong at the top of the charts.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Run the studios like your own business. Manage daily operations, client experience, and scheduling for both Louisville locations.

  • Lead podcast productions. Set up, record, and oversee shows for creators, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

  • Edit video and audio content. Create high-quality deliverables for YouTube, Spotify, and social media.

  • Grow revenue. Handle outreach, renewals, and upsells โ€” your effort directly impacts your commission.

  • Coordinate creative output. Work with our content and editing teams to deliver viral clips, polished full episodes, and brand assets.

  • Problem-solve fast. When tech fails or schedules change, you stay calm, think clearly, and make it happen.

  • Scale the operation. Help launch new studios, refine systems, and build repeatable processes.

Who You Are

  • A hands-on operator with a deep passion for podcasts, video, and creative media.

  • A leader who thrives under pressure and takes ownership of every result.

  • Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

  • Organized, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple shows, clients, and deadlines.

  • A people person who can sell, manage relationships, and keep clients coming back.

  • Entrepreneurial โ€” you treat every project like itโ€™s your own brand.

Whatโ€™s in It for You

  • Uncapped Commission: No ceiling on your earning potential โ€” your performance drives your paycheck.

  • ๏ธ Creative Ownership: Manage entire podcast productions from start to finish.

  • Career Growth: As we expand to new cities, top performers will lead future studio locations.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work with top creators, CEOs, and influencers in Louisvilleโ€™s booming media scene.

  • Endless Variety: Every day brings new guests, new stories, and new opportunities to create viral content.

If youโ€™re ready to take full ownership, build a business inside a business, and help grow Louisvilleโ€™s #1 podcast network โ€” apply today.
