Full‐Time Porter / Cleaner (Monday–Friday)

Location: Frisco and Allen
Company: PMS Serv
Compensation: $16/hr – 40 hours per week
Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor

Position Overview

PMS Serv is seeking a dependable, detail‐oriented Porter/Cleaner to maintain two sister residential communities in Frisco. This role is full‐time, Monday through Friday, and requires a strong work ethic, consistency, and pride in keeping the property clean and welcoming for residents and staff.

As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for maintaining daily cleanliness across offices, amenities, restrooms, gyms, and common areas.
