One of our premier clients is looking for a PMP Certified Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN (HYBRID) for a contract position. (3) Your email address.**RESPONSIBILITIES:**โ€ข Increase speed-to-delivery for projects, with adherence to budget and requirements standards.โ€ข Ensure that projects have defined goals and expectations and that project deliverables execute to the state goals and expectations.โ€ข Reduce "surprises" by identifying potential risks and issues at an early project stage and continue to refresh throughout project execution.โ€ข Increase communication, relationships and alignment with internal teams and the occasional external State partner.โ€ข Maintain constant focus on projects' visions and objectives.โ€ข Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and / or oversight of final project deliverables.โ€ข Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and the team to meet business objectives and provide professional leadership & mentorship fostering respect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.โ€ข Review, revise, and implement policies, practices, standards, and tools that support CTO project efforts.โ€ข Work directly with senior managers and staff supporting all facets of IOT's service delivery.โ€ข Manage staff and teams, as needed
