Job description

E-logic is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMP) to lead a high-profile IT operations, maintenance, and software modernization project supporting Secure HIV-TRACE program from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Project Manager will oversee technical execution, risk management, and client delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project operations, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with federal performance standards.
  • Manage project schedules, change control, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and federal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, performance metrics, and contract documentation.


Qualifications

  • Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Proven experience managing IT and software development contracts within the U.S. Federal Government.
  • Strong background in change management, risk management, and Agile project governance.
