Job description

Drive innovation and operational excellence at the forefront of AI solutions. 

As a Senior Associate - AI Solutions PMO & Enablement within our CAO Data team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Director, AI Solutions Enablement, Product & Innovation. You will serve as the PMO and enablement lead for the AI Solutions portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and effective coordination across stakeholders. This non-technical position focuses on portfolio operations, governance, planning, and communication, helping to translate strategy into action and drive operating rigor across AI initiatives. You will partner closely with product, technology, execution, and risk teams to manage day-to-day portfolio activities, establish and maintain operating cadences, and support governance and documentation. Your work will enable leadership focus by creating operational rigor, visibility, and momentum for the CAO AI Solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for a structured operator who excels in complex, matrixed environments and is passionate about enabling innovation and operational excellence in AI.


Job responsibilities
 

  • Manage day-to-day portfolio activities for CAO AI solutions, including intake, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.Establish and maintain a regular operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for AI initiatives, including reviews and executive forums.

  • Track delivery progress with AI Execution Lead and delivery teams, without direct responsibility for model development.

  • Coordinate planning across AI initiatives, covering roadmaps, sequencing, capacity, and funding alignment.

  • Support governance for model risk, data, privacy, security, and responsible AI in partnership with Risk and Controls.

  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, approvals, risks, and dependencies.

  • Develop and update portfolio-level artifacts such as dashboards, scorecards, timelines, and executive summaries.

  • Create and maintain AI solutions collateral (summaries, intake decks, adoption guides) with the Executive Director.

  • Ensure consistent, accurate communication of portfolio status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

  • Facilitate cross-team coordination, acting as a bridge between business, AI teams, technology, risk, and central AI partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing PMO processes, tooling, reporting, and applying structured problem-solving to streamline portfolio management.
    Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
    5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, business operations, consulting, or strategy support roles.
    Strong organizational and execution skills, with experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
    Ability to synthesize information quickly and produce clear, executive-ready materials.
    Comfort working in highly matrixed environments with senior stakeholders.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Interest in AI and analytics, with a willingness to build foundational AI literacy (no hands-on modeling required).
    Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
    Experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or transformation PMO roles.
    Familiarity with technology or analytics programs in regulated environments.
    Experience supporting senior leaders (ED/MD level) with planning, reporting, and executive communications.
    Exposure to portfolio management tools, dashboards, or operating metrics.
