Title: Program Manager (IT)
We are looking for a senior-level Program Manager with a strong blend of PMO governance, portfolio oversight, and enterprise technology program management. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large, complex technology portfolios rather than simply managing individual projects.
Target Background



  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience

  • Experience within a PMO or Portfolio Management Office

  • Infrastructure, cloud, platform, or enterprise technology programs

  • Comfortable working with senior executives and driving initiatives in ambiguous environments

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams or large portfolios



Must-Have Experience



  • Enterprise PMO or portfolio governance

  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and executive escalations across multiple projects

  • Preparing executive status reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials

  • Coordinating multiple Project Managers or Workstream Leads in a matrixed organization

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management

  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity, MS Project, and SharePoint
