QUALIFICATIONS

Key Requirements:
  • Strong recent Waterfall methodology experience
  • Fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting project experience required
  • Experience supporting platform implementations, modernization, or migration initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements leadership skills
  • IT Services & Consulting background required
Required Qualifications
· 13–22 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
· Strong recent experience working within Waterfall SDLC environments.
· Proven experience supporting:
o Platform implementations
o Application development programs
o Application migration initiatives
o Enterprise modernization programs
· Experience working within fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting engagements.
· Strong IT Services & Consulting background required.
· Excellent documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
· CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
Preferred Experience
· Public sector or government transformation initiatives
· Enterprise digital transformation programs
· Complex multi-stakeholder environments
· Large-scale systems integration initiatives
