About the Role:
King Rooter & Hydrojet Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Pasadena, CA! This is a great opportunity to be the backbone of a busy, fast-paced plumbing and drain service company where your contributions make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
  • Process invoices, work orders, and basic data entry tasks
  • Assist with billing, payments, and accounts receivable follow-up
  • Support management and field staff with administrative needs as required
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace
  • Pick up materials depending on the city 
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Experience in the trades, plumbing, or home services industry is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Valid DL NO PRIOR DUI 
  • Must have own reliable vehicle  
  • Travel to different cities
