We offer competitive pay, retirement plans, flexible schedules, and a variety of team and individual bonuses. Our team culture is all about working hard and having fun. Whether it's Tigers games, cook-offs (yes, I won the mac & cheese contest), 5Ks, or bonfires, we make time to connect and celebrate wins together.
Before insurance, I worked in commercial plumbing as a journeyman. I skipped the college path and found success through hands-on experience and grit-and I'm always looking for like-minded team players.
Outside the office, I'm big on the outdoors and cooking. We also stay active in the community by supporting Waterford DECA, local youth programs, veterans organizations, and more.
