About Us
We are a kids indoor playground in Exton, PA, dedicated to making every visit fun, safe, and memorable for kids and families. We host play sessions, birthday parties, and special events.
Position Overview
We are hiring Play Center Associates to join our children’s indoor playground. Team members may assist in different areas as needed, including front desk, playground floor, and birthday party support.
Key Responsibilities

Front Desk:
  • Greet all members, guests, and prospective members with a positive, high-energy, and welcoming attitude at all times.
  • Handle admissions, waivers, memberships, and party bookings.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and direct questions to appropriate staff or management.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and simple beverages (training provided).
  • Assist with cleaning and organization of front desk and common areas as needed.
  • Assist guests with purchasing items from the retail, process transactions accurately using the POS system, keep the retail area clean, organized, and well stocked.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while multitasking in a fast paced environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and children
  • Be able to shift with floor staff
Floor staff:
  • Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety, well-being, and enjoyment.
  • Enforce playground rules and maintain order.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility including front desk, cafeteria, bathrooms and equipment during open hours and after hours.
  • Follow all playground policies, check-in/check-out procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding their child’s experience.
  • Assist with birthday party setup, support, and cleanup.
  • Stock and replenish basic janitorial and facility supplies, including but not limited to: Paper towels, Toilet paper, Sanitizer, Cleaning and hygiene products.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management.
  • Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds consistently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
  • Capable of handling urgent or unforeseen situations
Party Support:
  • Host and lead birthday parties and special events
  • Greet party families and explain party flow and rules. You'll be the first face your party guests see; they'll be giving you tips, so greet them with a smile!
  • Set up and clean party rooms before and after events
  • Assist with food, cake, and beverages. Bring in hot, fresh pizza for your party guests
  • Engage with children and help manage playtime activities
  • Ensure safety rules are followed throughout the party
  • Communicate with parents clearly and professionally
  • Handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
  • Work closely and be able to shift with front desk and floor staff
