Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Playground Supervisor to oversee the safety and well-being of children using the playground facilities in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment while promoting positive interactions among children.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise children on the playground to ensure their safety and proper use of equipment.
  • Enforce playground rules and guidelines consistently and fairly.
  • Monitor and respond to any accidents or injuries, providing first aid as needed and reporting incidents promptly.
  • Engage with children to encourage positive social interactions and inclusive play.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the playground area.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding any concerns or observations.
  • Assist in organizing playground activities and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
