Schedule:

  • 7:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM
    (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for a Plater Machine Operator to work in a high-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating copper plating machinery, conducting quality checks, and preparing copper rods for shipment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in physically demanding, industrial conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain copper plating equipment
  • Inspect and adjust machinery to ensure production quality
  • Prepare finished rods by pointing, chamfering, and labeling
  • Complete order paperwork accurately and on time
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues as they arise
  • Follow all safety procedures, including routine equipment inspections
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • At least 1 year of forklift operating experience
  • Experience using a crane preferred
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
