About the job:

Associated Packaging is seeking a driven and energetic Inside Sales and Operations Specialist to support and accelerate the growth of SupplyBox.com. This role combines operational execution with proactive inside sales to drive revenue and customer growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call on existing customers to grow accounts
  • Follow up on inbound leads
  • Build and manage sales pipeline
  • Schedule and participate in sales meetings
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Support onboarding and account management
  • Assist with data analysis and presentations
  • Support ongoing projects and growth initiatives
  • Learn SupplyBox products and services
  • Provide support for the day-to-day operations of SupplyBox.com as needed
  • Other related duties, as assigned.
