Key Responsibilities:
  • As the Controller, you will be the financial mastermind of our organization, overseeing all aspects of our financial management.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide our strategic decision-making process.
  • Working closely with our leadership team, you will provide financial insights and recommendations to help drive profitability and growth.
  • Monitoring cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations will also be key aspects of your role.
  • As the Controller, you will be the guardian of our financial health, ensuring that our financial systems and processes are efficient, accurate, and reliable.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, with previous experience as a Controller highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Manufacturing Background preferred
