Job Description
Position Summary:
The Manager, Demand Planning, is accountable for working cross functionally with strategic Commercial Teams, such as Sales, Revenue Growth Management and Beer Analytics to deliver a consensus depletion forecast as part of the IBP process, enabling effective operational planning, financial guidance organizational execution signals, and strategic direction at the enterprise level.
This role involves leading a team of Demand planners and an analyst, with the goal of improving forecast accuracy through creating a forecast using foundational machine learning modeling in conjunction with the Data Science team and combined with enrichment of information from collaboration with Commercial partners & senior leadership.
Role ensures that the demand plan is credible, challenged, and defended at the right level and is strategically aligned with Commercial activities and longrange business plans.
This role requires a professional with a strong leadership background, the ability to inspire a team, and a track record of delivering results.

$98,800.00 - $177,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
