• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand students’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and implement effective interventions with continuous progress monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create coordinated care strategies that enhance student well-being.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning for students in distress, providing immediate support when needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with all ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and clarity in case management.
• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and therapeutic workshops that promote resilience and emotional intelligence among students.

Your primary focus will be working with students from diverse backgrounds who confront a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, you will engage with their families and educational staff, advocating for a supportive network that encourages healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice in this role.
• At least two years of clinical practice experience in mental health, particularly in outpatient or school settings.
• Thorough understanding of evidence-based therapies and well-versed in contemporary treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients, peers, and stakeholders.

• Experience working specifically within the educational context or school systems.
• Understanding of the social and emotional challenges facing students, particularly in urban and diverse populations.
• Familiarity with related tools and software for managing client information and progress tracking.
