Job Summary:
The Planner Supervisor will oversee planning activities, lead a team of planners, and ensure effective scheduling and coordination of resources to meet operational goals. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the planning team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Oversee the preparation of schedules, production timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align planning strategies with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress and address any planning or scheduling issues.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation and reporting.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of planning staff.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
