We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pizza Cook to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate has experience in all facets of pizza production and can maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Position Summary

The Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing pizza dough, assembling pizzas, managing oven execution, and maintaining presentation and quality standards during service. This role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, teamwork, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute pizzas according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of dough handling, stretching, topping, baking, and oven management
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and timing during high-volume service
  • Ensure station cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
  • Assist with prep, stocking, and station setup/breakdown
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and leadership
Qualifications
