Marketing Intern
Pixi, Inc. | Los Angeles, CA | On-site
The Company
As one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, Pixi Beauty has built an incredible worldwide reputation and is quickly becoming one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone digitally savvy, creative, and interested in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and campaign reporting.
Responsibilities

  • Manage influencer gifting - Events, Themed gifting, and Milestones
  • Track influencer and VIP gifting - checking products arrived and keeping a track of what we send out monthly.
  • Mange all shipping and logistics for Virtual Events - DHL, Pack out guides and shipping Overviews.
  • Support with the prep, setup and coordination of events.
  • Supporting ad hoc marketing tasks.
  • Support and Manage the event cupboards, organize and keep a inventory.
  • Assist in searching for new profiles to be added to the Influencer program across EMEA.
  • Research activations and gifting in different markets.
  • Update Event, vendor, and venue decks.
  • Complete Event and Gifting Reports.
  • Assist with shoots and filming where needed.
  • Manage Marketing Expenses - keep this updated and provide info on time.
  • Assist with general office & admin duties, being flexible and helpful in all matters of the business (printing & collecting collateral, office expenses, samples send outs, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
