Your Role
Our Growth Performance Marketing Manager will work as part of our Global eCommerce Team across both US and International websites to execute SEM, Paid Social advertising, Display Advertising, Affiliate Advertising as well as Email and SMS Marketing,
Responsibilities
  • Lead a data-driven ecommerce marketing strategy, collect consumer data to get customer insight to drive segmentation, targeted messaging, and overall growth, at a profitable scale.
  • Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is dedicated to relevant growth drivers according to business & financial goals; Develop monthly action plans to achieve/surpass sales goals; quickly pivoting to address market needs outside of monthly plans
  • Manage paid media agency relationship, budget, campaign buildout, optimization, audience structure and reporting.
  • Help plan and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to drive direct response and new user acquisition from Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. Continually measure and adjust the strategy and budgets accordingly.
  • Perform day-to-day lifecycle marketing activities across Pixi and POP Beauty for email, SMS, paid search and paid social advertising. This includes ideation, creating audience segments, content creation management, building email + SMS campaigns, QA and scheduling.
  • Review SEM data for keyword insights and trends
  • Affiliate marketing responsibilities in procuring new partners and managing top partners
  • Monitor and optimize all campaigns on a daily and weekly basis and conduct competitive research, analysis and optimizations.
  • Coordinate design work orders, ensuring timelines and prioritizing projects, working closely with the Design Team and eCommerce Team.
  • Build new email + SMS campaign workflows for triggered campaigns - including targeting, channel & timing selection, if/then scenarios, and automated tasks. Create responsive email campaigns with dynamically personalized content that appear different depending on the receiving email account. A/B Test, continually test and optimize subject lines, copy, CTAs, images, landing pages and iterate against it.
  • Review campaign metrics and translate findings into regular updates on performance to broader marketing team and actionable plans for future testing/new ideas.
  • Oversee Customer Segmentation and development of tailored marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase.

Required Skills
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of working at the strategic level to develop and execute innovative digital marketing programs designed to drive performance against KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with data driven approach; analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in managing audience segmentation, insights development, and performance metrics.
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong organization skills and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions.
  • Experience in and passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
