Role Overview:

This role is ideal for a social-first marketer who understands how brands build relevance through content, creators, and community. You will be responsible for planning and executing social content strategies, managing influencer partnerships, developing creative briefs, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.


Success in this role requires strong project management skills, exceptional organization, and a deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and emerging digital trends. You will collaborate closely with Strategy, Activation, PR, and Creative partners to bring integrated campaigns to life.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Execute social media programs across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Build, maintain, and manage content calendars aligned with campaign priorities, brand objectives, and cultural moments.
  • Develop platform-specific content recommendations and publishing plans that drive engagement, awareness, and community growth.
  • Develop social copy, creator briefs, content outlines, and posting recommendations.
  • Manage content review and approval workflows across internal and client teams.
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify opportunities for content optimization and innovation.

Community & Social Channel Management

  • Support daily community management activities, including engagement monitoring, comment moderation, and escalation of customer service issues.
  • Monitor social conversations and identify opportunities for real-time engagement.
  • Assist in developing responses and engagement strategies aligned with brand voice.

Influencer Campaign Execution

  • Source, vet, and recommend creators aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, gifting logistics, contracting coordination, and content collection.
  • Own creator briefing documents, content review processes, and approval workflows.
  • Track creator deliverables and ensure campaigns launch on time and within scope.
  • Maintain influencer databases, rate cards, and relationship records.

Platform Management

  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and content performance.
  • Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • Utilize platform-native tools and third-party platforms to manage execution.

Project Management & Operations

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project trackers across multiple social and influencer workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and within scope.
  • Document action items, next steps, and stakeholder feedback to maintain alignment across teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance across social and influencer initiatives.
  • Pull weekly and monthly social and influencer performance reports.
  • Compile campaign metrics, creator performance data, and engagement trends.
  • Identify key insights and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns from creator sourcing through reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Excellent written communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using social media management, influencer, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Location: This role is based in New York, NY with a hybrid schedule of three in-office days (T-TH) and two remote days (M-F) each week.
