Job Title: Yard Hand

Department: Operations

FLSA Status: Non-exempt (Full-Time)

Reports to: Operations Manager


Pinnacle Propane provides propane fuel and related equipment to residential, commercial, and wholesale customers, including the sale and lease of propane storage tanks.

Position Summary:

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading of delivery trucks
  • Loading relay trucks
  • Reviews products loaded against the order, invoice, requisition to ensure accuracy
  • Completes daily paperwork as needed
  • Completes inventory daily to ensure the product is well always stocked
  • Operating a forklift to move product/material throughout the yard ensuring placement in correct areas
  • Performs routine clean- up of yard.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift experience required
  • Must be able to lift to 35lbs
  • Prior experience in a light industrial environment
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
