Additional Job Description:
The position resides in the EDIG (Electronic Data Interchange Gateway) team working on the host side with a small team of developers. The position requires that the individual can pass a C-2 Security Clearance. We are looking for a self-starter and team player. The main software used in this position is COBOL (Mainframe, Micro Focus), CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, IBM Batch JCL, Easytrieve, APS Code Generator, Vendor Pricing Software, MS Office, and EDz vendor product for APS on non-host. The position works closely with the team lead on direction and job assignment. The position has on-call responsibilities in addition to the day-to-day responsibilities. The host side interacts with a non-host team and operations team to support the EDIG process managing healthcare claims.
