Your future role at a glance

Location:  Zionsville, IN

Facility:  Ascension Medical Group, clinic

Department/Specialty:  Physician Support Services

Schedule:  Full-time | Days | 8am-5pm (responsible for Urgent Cares open 7 days per week)

This position will cover Zionsville, Fishers and Anderson

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Directed daily practice operations, serving as a liaison between physicians, staff, and clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
  •  Collaborated with physician leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, business plans, and operational initiatives that supported organizational and financial objectives.
  • Managed staffing, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and employee relations to maintain adequate coverage, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Oversaw budgeting, billing and collections, regulatory compliance, contracts, vendor relationships, and physician compensation support to optimize financial performance and compliance.
  • Coordinated patient care services and monitored patient flow, quality outcomes, and service delivery to enhance patient satisfaction and improve practice efficiency.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulativeleadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need

Prior Healthcare leadership experience required.

Clinical experience preferred.

Responsible for urgent cares open 7 days per week.
