Our Client is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support core HR operations, drive employee engagement, and partner with leaders to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace. This role is central to executing transactional HR processes, guiding associates and supervisors, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute core HR processes including onboarding, orientation, unemployment claims, exit interviews, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and transitional return-to-work programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors on policies and procedures.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Manage eTime system and payroll-related activities.
  • Support HR Business Partners in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (preferred for internal candidates).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources management or equivalent training/experience.


Certifications

  • HRCI Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
