Outside Sales
Responsibilities:
ย - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phone
ย - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Visit Customers
ย - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
ย - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
ย - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
ย - Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales new customers and current customers
ย - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
ย - Fluent in English, both written and verbal
ย - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
ย - Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
ย - Must speak Spanish and English
ย - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
ย - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals
ย - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

ย  - Sale and Customer Service Experience from 2-5 years
ย  - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
ย  - Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
ย  - Must speak Spanish and English
ย  - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
ย  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals
ย  - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
