CPR Cell Phone Repair is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team.
We are looking for individuals who are technically skilled, customer-focused, and capable of independently operating within a retail repair environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of professional cell phone repair experience
Strong knowledge of smartphone and tablet diagnostics and repairs
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily store operations
Sales-oriented mindset with attention to customer experience
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
Recommend and sell accessories and devices
