We are looking for individuals who are technically skilled, customer-focused, and capable of independently operating within a retail repair environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of professional cell phone repair experience
• Strong knowledge of smartphone and tablet diagnostics and repairs
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily store operations
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to customer experience
Responsibilities:
