Job description

EMPLOYER: Embraer Executive Aircraft, Inc.
JOB TITLE: Materials Program Managers (2 positions available)
JOB LOCATION: 1205 General Aviation Drive, Melbourne, FL 32935
JOB DUTIES:
Coordinate all Phenom 100/100E, Phenom 300/300E, and Praetor 500/600 Material Programs Management activities, including AOG support, on-site stock audits and reconciliations, core return analysis, invoice disputes, retrofit/sales campaigns and all other material and logistics activities to enhance services direct to executive customers. Manage customer requests regarding material services and supply chain activities, such as inquiries on the material support processes, AOG escalation, repair management, supply chain policies, parts warranty and core management. Oversee and provide updates on the material support & logistics processes and projects at EEOCs - Embraer Executive Operators Conference. Ensure compliance with scheduled customer visits and trainings at service centers. Coordinate the global distribution of parts for retrofit campaigns to maximize aircraft availability, including tracking parts and coordinating with service centers and customers on scheduling needs. Manage on-site stock inventory counts, audits and replenishment metrics. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) for retrofit campaigns implementation. Interface with corporate planning area and customer support program to review retrofit plans and forecast parameters for seed units in the campaign. Provide guidance and updates to operators regarding the status of full material performance, including root cause analysis and ongoing action plans. Establish corrective actions and develop recovery plans for compromised material services processes. Maintain global interface with critical company units, customers, operators, suppliers, contracted maintenance shops, technical representatives, engineers, technical assistants, and customer account managers. Partner with new business development team to define future opportunities in material support services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The positions require a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, International Relations, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Must have 2 years of experience in: Customer account management of large aviation fleets; Supply chain operations and order management for Embraer aircraft models Phenom 100/100E, Phenom 300/300E, and Praetor 500/600; Order taking for executive aircraft spare parts; Core returns; Retrofit campaigns; Repair management; Pool programs; Contract management; CCPM programs; Salesforce; SAP MRP, Doors, BI applications, and PLM software; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); FAA, ANAC, EASA regulations. Experience can be concurrent.
SALARY: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00/ per year
HOURS: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 40 hours/week
