Operations Manager โ€“ Hayat Pharmacy

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Schedule: Full time

We are hiring an Operations Manager who thrives in a team setting and enjoys helping others succeed. This role blends hands-on pharmacy support with leadership, coaching, and day-to-day operational oversight. You will work closely with the Pharmacists and District Manager while supporting our pharmacy technicians and ensuring the pharmacy runs smoothly.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Support daily pharmacy operations, including answering phones, processing prescriptions, preparing medications for dispensing, labeling, and maintaining accurate patient records

  • Work alongside pharmacy technicians and help with complex customer issues such as prescription transfers or medication discrepancies

  • Build and maintain work schedules for technicians and ensure strong coverage at all times

  • Monitor attendance and performance and communicate concerns to leadership

  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, labeling, and checking for expired medications

  • Support medication audits, drug recalls, and controlled substance checks

  • Help train new pharmacy technicians and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

  • Ensure all Hayat procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards are followed

  • Assist with business development and patient retention efforts as needed


What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

  • Leadership experience in a retail or pharmacy environment is a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is preferred

  • CPhT certification or willingness to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

  • Dependable, patient-centered attitude and willingness to support the entire team

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
